October 30, 2017 was the 3rd anniversary of my mother returning home to live with me, and the 4th anniversary of welcoming Baisol into my life as my cat. This year I was actually happy enough to simply note it, and not rant about it. Such is life.

As of almost exactly now, 3 years ago Mom moved back home with me.
Thought then it would be different, learned otherwise. But we’ve made it work and Mollie, Baisol, Mom and I have a home that feels right. A very strange anniversary, but one of endurance and massive pride in myself, frankly. Time for a bike ride with a grin on my face.
